Prohibition of Resale: You agree that you are purchasing products for personal use only. You may not resell, distribute, or wholesale our products on third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.) or your own retail channels without prior written consent from Pill Reaper. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we suspect are placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

SECTION 5 - ORDERS, SHIPPING, AND RISK OF LOSS
We utilize third-party logistics and manufacturing partners to manufacture, fulfill, and ship orders. At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States (USA). All orders currently qualify for free standard shipping.

Order Processing & Transit: All orders take up to 14 business days to process and prepare for shipment. Once shipped, transit and delivery times take up to an additional 14 business days. Total estimated time from order to delivery may take up to 28 business days.

Risk of Loss: All items purchased from the Company are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the title and risk of loss for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for delayed, lost, or stolen packages once they have been scanned and handed over to the carrier.

SECTION 6 - 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY
Because our products are consumable dietary supplements manufactured under strict quality and hygiene standards, WE DO NOT ACCEPT PHYSICAL RETURNS OF OPENED OR SEALED PRODUCTS.

However, we offer a 30-Day "Empty Bottle" Money-Back Guarantee exclusively for first-time purchases that meet our minimum order threshold.

Qualifying Orders: The 30-Day Guarantee applies ONLY to first-time orders totaling $100.00 USD or more (excluding discounts or taxes). Orders with a subtotal below $100.00 USD are strictly final sale and are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

If your qualifying order meets the $100.00 USD threshold and you are unsatisfied with the product's performance, please contact our support team at refund@pillreaper.com within 30 days of the recorded delivery date to request a refund.

Important Guarantee Limitations:
A. One Unit Limit: Even on qualifying orders over $100, refunds are strictly limited to one (1) unit/bottle per household, per lifetime. The highest-priced single item in your order will be the one refunded.
B. Subscriptions are Final Sale: Subsequent subscription renewals, recurring charges, and repeat orders are explicitly excluded from this guarantee and are not eligible for refunds.
C. Exclusions: Original shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable.
D. Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we detect abuse of this policy, fraud, or circumvention of our terms (e.g., using multiple email addresses for the same household).

SECTION 7 - SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTO-BILLING
If you purchase a product on a subscription basis (e.g., "Subscribe & Save"), you agree to recurring billing. You will be automatically charged the subscription price at the frequency you selected at checkout using your original payment method.

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your secure customer portal or by contacting us at support@pillreaper.com. Cancellations must be completed at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. If your cancellation request is received after the billing cycle has processed, the current order will be shipped and your cancellation will apply to the following cycle.

SECTION 8 - CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
By purchasing from our Site, you agree that before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company, you will first contact our support team at refund@pillreaper.com to attempt to resolve the issue. If you file a fraudulent chargeback or dispute for products that were legally delivered, or for subscriptions you failed to timely cancel in accordance with Section 7, Pill Reaper reserves the right to vigorously dispute the chargeback, ban you from future purchases, and send your account to a third-party collections agency to recover the lost funds, administrative costs, and associated legal fees.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, your use of the Site, or your purchase of products from the Company shall be settled strictly by binding, individual arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Class Action Waiver: YOU AND PILL REAPER AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. By agreeing to these Terms, you are waiving your right to a trial by jury.

SECTION 15 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
