RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Pill Reaper, we maintain strict quality control and hygiene standards for all our dietary supplements. Because our products are ingestible consumables, WE DO NOT ACCEPT PHYSICAL RETURNS of opened or sealed products under any circumstances. 

However, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer our 30-Day "Empty Bottle" Money-Back Guarantee exclusively for qualifying first-time orders.

1. THE 30-DAY "EMPTY BOTTLE" GUARANTEE
If you are unsatisfied with your product's performance, you may be eligible for a refund without needing to mail the physical bottle back to us, provided your order meets the following criteria:

* Qualifying Orders: The Guarantee applies ONLY to your first-time purchase totaling $100.00 USD or more (excluding discounts or taxes). First-time orders with a subtotal below $100.00 USD are strictly final sale and not eligible for refunds.
* 30-Day Window: Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the carrier's recorded delivery date.
* One Unit Limit: Even on qualifying orders over $100, refunds are strictly limited to one (1) unit/bottle per household, per lifetime. The highest-priced single item in your order will be the item refunded.

2. EXCLUSIONS (NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS)
The following purchases are Final Sale and strictly non-refundable:
* Orders under $100.00 USD.
* Any repeat orders or subsequent purchases after your first order.
* Subscription renewals and automated recurring orders. 

3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
If your order qualifies for our Guarantee, please send an email to refund@pillreaper.com with the following information:
1. Your full name and order number.
2. A brief explanation of why the product did not work for you.

If your request is approved in accordance with this policy, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

4. FRAUD PREVENTION
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we detect abuse of our policies, fraud, or circumvention of our terms (such as utilizing multiple email addresses for the same household).
