Cancellation policy

SUBSCRIPTION & AUTOMATIC RENEWAL POLICY

By choosing to subscribe to our "Subscribe & Save" program, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a recurring subscription that will automatically renew at the frequency you selected at checkout. 

1. AUTOMATIC BILLING:
Your payment method on file will be automatically charged at the agreed-upon intervals. You authorize us to store your payment information and process these recurring charges without further manual authorization, unless and until you cancel your subscription.

2. CANCELLATION PROCESS:
You have complete control over your subscription. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time by logging into your secure customer portal on our website or by emailing our support team at support@pillreaper.com.

3. CANCELLATION DEADLINE:
To avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle, you must cancel or modify your subscription at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to your next scheduled billing date. If a cancellation request is received after this 48-hour window, the next scheduled order will be processed and shipped, and your cancellation will take effect for the subsequent billing cycle.

4. NO REFUNDS ON RENEWALS:
Once a subscription renewal charge has been processed, that order is considered "Final Sale" and is non-refundable. Because our products are consumable supplements manufactured under strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns of any subscription orders. 

5. PRICE CHANGES:
We reserve the right to change subscription prices or product availability at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any significant price changes via the email address associated with your account. Your continued participation in the subscription program constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
