SUBSCRIPTION & AUTOMATIC RENEWAL POLICY
Thank you for choosing Pill Reaper. Our Subscribe & Save option is designed to make staying consistent simple, while keeping you in control of your subscription.
By selecting a subscription at checkout, you agree that your order will automatically renew at the frequency displayed and selected at the time of purchase.
1. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL & BILLING
Your payment method on file will automatically be charged for each scheduled renewal until your subscription is cancelled.
The renewal frequency, subscription price, and applicable discount will be displayed when you subscribe and can be reviewed through your customer account.
2. MANAGING OR CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You can manage, modify, or cancel your subscription for future renewal cycles through your customer portal.

We recommend making any changes at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date so we have enough time to apply them before the next order enters processing.
3. CANCELLATION DEADLINE
If a cancellation or modification request is submitted less than 48 hours before your scheduled renewal, the upcoming order may already be processing and may still be charged and fulfilled.
In that case, your cancellation will apply to the following renewal cycle.
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed.
4. REFUNDS & SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Your initial subscription purchase may qualify for our 30-Day First Purchase Guarantee if it is your first Pill Reaper order and otherwise meets the conditions of our Return & Refund Policy.
Automatic subscription renewals are not covered by the 30-Day First Purchase Guarantee.
Once a renewal order has been processed and entered fulfillment, it is generally not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Because Pill Reaper products are ingestible dietary supplements, we do not accept physical returns of subscription orders.
5. PRICE OR PRODUCT CHANGES
Subscription pricing, discounts, or product availability may occasionally change.
If a material change affects your subscription, we will provide reasonable notice using the email address associated with your account before the change takes effect whenever required or reasonably practicable.
You may cancel your subscription before the affected renewal if you do not wish to continue under the updated terms.
